Nightmare dealing

I fully paid for my household move from the West coast to Pretoria. A truck with only the driver arrived late the day of the move,without helpers and any packaging materials.The load left 22h15 that night.The truck arrived on Sunday in Pretoria,started offloading,stopped half-way when the owner of the truck demanded that he gets paid for the move. I explained that i have already paid the move in full,when i realized the owner is going to leave with my household goods i gave in and paid him R 22 K. The owners Keiley and Sylvester has blocked me and refused to repay me R 24.5 K for the move,labour and damages to my goods.Please dont do business with them as you are going to experience bad unprofessional service.
