Refuses to help me with my IRP5

<p>Back in the day when i was young and ******** I didnt pay much attention when I resigned at my old company back then Pinicle Health Solutions and never got an IRP 5. However it has now caught up with me. For almost s month now i have been cslling EOH to assist with my IRP 5 and was redirected to HR who then told me to send a mail and so I did. I was answered by Sophia who told me she doesnt know which payroll we used back then. And that was it. I responded and she asked a Nolwazi in the mail and it was said that they dont know i rep**** and said but i myself dont know which psyrol we used and got a msil back saying i cant mail her directly i have to send it to another mail first. Well all his was getting frustrating no onr comes back to me because they dont know. I called Eoh yesterday snd my call got dropped 7times when i explained my story again i was told Nolwazi dont know Sophia is on leave a woman by the name of i think Elize or Elsie Lubbe will help then to tell me shes on leave too and no one can help me because only those two people will know. The only person who actualy tried to help was a lady called Nadia who also said her team leader wil call me. SO do I go to SARS telling them i dont have my IRP 5 for tax sesson 2 ********** because they dont know and cant help me? Very un professional.</p>
