pathetic service

i have never had such despicable services in my life before as i was an ex-employee of capita fll circle.How it was went about was poor i kept being redirected from place to place and saying i need to call here and there and then email here and there.the services is just pathetic, its poor, lack of knowledge and they can keep the money, its horrible!!!it just ****ed me off to keep hearing different things and don't even call for apology or anything.you people lack far to much or maybe you are to lazy to do your work properly and the same with capita.
