No contact made

I resigned from my previous employer 27/10/2018 and the retirement fund is administered by EOH. In there billiance they decided to email the relevent documetation to the email address at the employer i resigned from. I spoke to Yvonne Collignon 26/11/2018 and she confirmed that an sms has been sent to my phone as well, however no message was ever received by myself. I think its totally unacceptable that nobody bothered to contact me telephnically about this. I do not feel its fair that i have to now wait the required 4-6 weeks for the funds to be paid to me.
