E.O.H unfair retrenchments.

Hi,

I use to be an employee at EOH. I was employed by the company in 2011 and retrenched thereafter in February 2018. The Retrenchment was done on the Last In First Out(LI-FO) basis and didn't take into consideration that employees currently still working in that section of the Organization with the same Job Descriptions as me are still employed and started working at EOH after i did. I Feel that i was unfairly retrenched and that the management i worked under are smothering the situation so that it doesn't reach the level of awareness that is necessary.
