WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

Terrible, terrible, terrible service ! Managers are probably the worst I’ve ever come across ! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND !

I’ve been brewing on this review for 2 months now to make sure I was correct in my feelings and I’m definitely right.

After calling enzos for a pick up order and talking to a lady waitress telling her I was leaving Pennington to collect my order I arrived at enzos to my pizza, After paying and getting in the car I realized that my pizza was ice cold so I walked back into the restaurant to let them know it wasn’t acceptable. The mangers never took responsibility for the fact that my pizza had been sitting on the counter in the cold after stating I was in Pennington on the phone call. They even had the audacity to say they didn’t know where Pennington was so they didn’t know how long it would take - How can managers of a restaurant not know where a huge chunk of customers come from in a tiny town?!?!?!? The managers then rolled their eyes and said “fine we will make another one “ when called by Enzos for the new pizza I decided upon collection to let the managers know I didn’t appreciate the service and I wasn’t happy, They took this very badly and started accusing us of not paying and demanded that we stay waiting in the cold while they figure out if the waitress had charged us or not. After 20 minutes of them accusing us of not paying and pulling out their cashier receipts we ended up finding our receipt crumpled in our car - upon handing this to the manager he just said “oh okay” NOT ONE APOLOGY WAS GIVEN, NO RESPONSIBILITY WAS TAKEN AND THEY EVEN SAID “okay well you must leave because your pizza is getting cold again “.

DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!! Will never recommend again.
