Poor service

I've had the most unpleasant experience both with the product I purchased and more so, the attitude of the owner when confronted with the issue. The base of the pizza was raw and the tomatoe base uncooked. I can't be sure if it was the whole pizza cos it was the Mrs that first noticed it was not tasting right, especially when u get to the edge of the pizza where there is not much filling. I immediately called the store and they asked me to bring it back. So the owner listened to my complaint and then says to me I have eaten 50% of the pizza and he can refund me 50%. Not even an acknowledgement and apology for the inconvenience this has caused me. And his audacity to offer me R20 for my fuel cost.
