I think they should have the decence to tell me why the insurance is not active instead of pestering me to pay. I would not recommend anyone eto use the Fonyami facility. I got the fon from Akermans and one of the Fonyami rep actually told me that in cas
I bought a phone on installment. When I lost employment and showed them the letter. They insist that I must pay yet there ia an insurance which must cover. They have since disconnected my phone from network.Biying a phone cash or on account is far much better than the Fonyami facility.
