TERRIBLE SERVICE

Envy/ NV online is an instagram based online store that sells clothes and shoes. The clothes and shoes that she sourced looked great on her profile so my cousin and I decided to buy dresses for an upcoming event.

My cousin ordered a dress which was delivered within 3 days and arrived in great condition and quality, the dress didn't fit however and when an exchange was requested she refused despite absolutely NO indication on her page, or via their correspondence, that exchanges were not allowed. The owner stopped replying and didn't answer her phone.

I inquired about a dress, to which the owner rep**** that it was in stock and available. I made the payment to the account she gave me only for her to tell me AFTER I did the eft that she actually didn't have the dress in stock. She did, however, kindly inform me that it would be possible for her to order it for me, but i would have to wait up to 2 weeks for it to arrive, and a further 2-3 days for it to be couriered to me. I accepted, as my event was only 1 month away at that point. She informed me that some orders can take up to 3 months to be delivered if there are delays - but I made it clear to the owner that I would only order the dress if it would arrive on time for my event or else i would require a refund. 2 weeks passed and I messaged the owner every day or so, asking for an update, I was only met with ONE reply, which was a mere "will check and get back to you", to which she never did. She ignored my calls and messages and only rep**** when I threatened to reverse the payment for my dress the DAY BEFORE MY EVENT. I have still not received my dress, it has been 3 months now.
