Insurance company with bad intensions

<p>I purchased a cell phone from PEP store in Protea Glen Mall in 2015. I cant recall if i bought my cell phone using Cash or my bank card that is 2years ago. I then received a call from a consultant from Envisionsa advising of insuring my cell phone of which i then accepeted the proposal. i have been paying my cell insurance monthly with no hussle. My cellphone was ****** and i reported the matter to SAPS and i got the case number, i then completed the documents i received from Envision reporting a ****** phone. To my surprise i was told i need to provide proof of purchase i tried explaining to a consultant that i moved house from Protea Glen to the West rand and i cant find the till slip. she then advised that insurance wont pay because i dont have proof of purchase. I went to pep store in Protea Glen of which they advised that they dont keep ther records for 2 years.</p>
