VERY BAD SERVICE - SKIP HIRE!!!!

I received very bad service from EnviroWaste. From the sales reps to the delivery / pick up depot up to the accounts department. I've tried to speak to various different people but it seems that no one is capable enough to get the job done. No single person can take responsibility for anything and you have to speak to different people everyday as the \sales rep"simply don't answer or return calls or reply to emails. They seem to think that because I am a cash customer I am not important enough (I've been told that in so many words) - what they do not realise is that my construction company has been trading very successfully for many years and I only open accounts with new suppliers when they prove their worth...
