Good at promoting product Pathetic at following up

<br> This is going on from May 2014 we are now in November 2015, that is the kind of service they give to their customers , its pathetic!!!!!! <br> The only reason we went with this company was because they were very good in promoting their company and product but when it came to following up after the job was done, that all fell away.<br> <br>
