Terrible service and bad attitude

I had an appointment with Andre Lombard of ENVIROSTEAM to steam clean my 2 bathrooms. I was told to pay cash up front as I was a new customer and seeing that I would be at work at the time of them coming to my house, I left the quoted R950 at home for my domestic lady to give to him.<br> <br> In my request for a quote I asked Andre to please quote on the 2 bathrooms in my house, one with just a shower and the other with both a bath and a shower, which is what I said in my email. No specific details were given by Andre just that the price will be R950. From that I derived that both bathrooms will be steam cleaned, i.e. bath, showers, toilets for R950. Needless to say, it doesn't look as if anything has been done to my bathrooms and both showers are still full of mould. The bath was not touched. The invoice from Envirosteam said cleaning of showers but I mistakenly took Andre's word from the quote, which was very ambiguous and not specific.<br> <br> After sharing my dissatisfaction, I was told that I will now also be invoiced for the cleaning of the bathroom floors, which he did out of his own accord and which don't look any different either.<br> <br> I feel totally ********** and extremely dissatisfied!
