Disgusting service, ***** and unreliable

I contacted Brandon and his team to clean my couches. I contacted them via their WhatsApp number as per their website. We confirmed a date and they came to clean my couches on 15 February 2020. After they left and my couches started to dry up, unsightly marks started to appear all over them, obviously indicating that they had not been cleaned properly. I immediately took pictures and sent them to him. His response was “Ah how did that happen? We’ll come back tomorrow and clean them them”. A week later and I’m still waiting. He ignores all my texts and calls. I paid them for what they promise on the website to be 100% quality guaranteed service but that’s not what I got. I got disgusting service that Ieft a very sour taste in my mouth. They are unreliable, ***** and can not deliver the BASIC service they undertake to deliver. DO NOT USE THEM.
