Absolutely pathetc customer service

<p>My wife and I had the most unpleasant experience with the owner, and I suspect his daughter at the shop. Not only are they not reliable but when I confronted them regarding the terrible customer relations practice, she passed the phone to the owner without saying a work and he merely put the phone down in my ear. The fact that they were rude to my wife without them knowing we are related just confirms that they have no idea how to treat customers in general.</p> <p>I will never in my life set foot in that shop again.</p>
