MD of Enviro Boreholes, Roelf Burger took my money as a client for personal use and refuses to pay back the balance outstanding

MD of Enviro Borehole, Roelf Burger, took money (over R117k) that I had paid into his company account on 24 April 2019 for personal use. He had quoted that amount for a generator and had also additionally quoted just under R28k for renewing our borehole. I have agreed that the borehole money can be deducted from the initial amount paid. To-date, he still owes us a balance of about R79k depending on the cost of the water filter system that he is yet to provide proof of. He was initially cooperative and remorseful after admitting to have **** about my family’s hard earned money but now has turned to be arrogant and ignores my calls and text messages as a client. He has also told me to stop threatening him about posting my review on this platform. If he was in financial trouble before the COVID-19 pandemic and could ***** another client’s money, would you trust him with your money?
