ENVESTNET YODLEE AND SAGE ACCOUNTING TERRIBLE SERVICE

I'm having problems with the bank feed from Sage Accounting. After many conversations and promises of feedback through Sage Accounting, I still experience the problem. As of January 22, the bank does not download feeds. The excuse by Sage is that this is a problem from Yodlee. I think no one knows how to solve the problem so they play the blaming game. I'm under the impression that for Sage Accounting and Yodlee, it's not important to solve small business problems. I therefore do not recommend that any small company make use of these people's services. I'm researching other accounting programs to use to get rid of this extremely pathetic service.
