No event no Refund

Good day,

I have a problem with an organization that worked through Entry Ninja, after numerous of mails Entry Ninja did assist with an email address where the organization requested my banking details to refund me for an event that was cancelled where I to start with never received any correspondence, I have mailed the organization directly where Entry Ninja was copied in and until today I still haven't received what was purchased or entered for or any correspondence from the organization or Entry Ninja. As a third party there should be appropriate security measures in place when events are hosted and paid for. I trusted Entry Ninja as a secure site to do entries for events.
