<p>RE Muddy Princess || Registering for a Race through this platform seems pretty simple at first.. I happened to be doing entries for over 10 people-- collecting and entering different information as they chop and change and add frineds to the list became a task in itself. Entry Ninja does not allow to edit or change or add to your team.. (I enter a lot of races through other platforms -- so i am used to the online enterface regarding teams & events, usually one can edit an order per say.) None the less the Entry Ninja website did not accomodate adding team members to our order. Hence i registered them under a new team, emailed Entry Ninja "SUPPORT" the team lists and asked if they would combine the two teams i had entered; the response was "Thank you for your request. Kind regards<br />Arafat" but nothing changed; so i responded and and rerequested, again, that my teams be combined; the response was</p> <p>"Hello Bianca, Thank you for your request. This event's registration is closed.</p> <p>Let me know if I can assist with anything else</p> <p>Kind regards<br />Adjmali K."</p> <p> </p> <p>Are you joking me?? Do they speak English!!??? so frustrated with these guys....
