Exceptional Faultless Dining

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Entrée Restaurant in Franschhoek. It had been a while since I have experienced such excellence at a restaurant. The friendly and efficient manager Dominique gave us a warm and friendly welcome. She has her staff trained to deliver exceptional service. Attentive, intelligent and engaging. The environment was absolutely beautiful. Magnificently manicured gardens, tables under a big tree and a real feeling of serenity. There was even a play area for kiddies! The menu was clever, and creative, and filled with so many delightful options, i found it difficult to choose. Another VERY welcome detail, is that the wines are exceptionally well priced. This is so refreshing for Cape Town. The chef, Archie Maclean, has the kitchen delivering food which is not only mouthwatering, but presented with finesse and style. His famed reputation certainly shone through these delectable dishes. The food didn't take too long, and delivered on every promise. I simply cannot wait to go back. What an absolute treasure, and a MUST for any visitor to Franschhoek. Well done team Entrée ! Keep it up. You deserve all the success in the world. Your BIGGEST fan !
