Work not completed

We got Enterprise Roofing and Waterproofing to come to our complex to do work on our roof , were quoted for the work to be done , told that the work will take three days and we paid a deposit . <br> <br> We received an email that the work had been completed and we paid the balance not knowing that the work had not been completed.<br> <br> We have been calling and emailing the company for weeks now with them giving us the same response of \Sorry for the inconvenience sir
