Waiting over 5 hours!!!!

I can't believe it, enterprize being a national entity has such poor service delivery, I have been waiting in the hot sun, outside the building for polony hampers for over 5 hours. Apparently the do not have \crates"to transport the polony from the factory to the shop. I would suggest you guys do something about the way you handle this situation"
