There is no customer service we mean nothing

I bought 500gram smoked viennas in January 2022. Two days later it didnt looked good and started to have a smell. I launched a comlained on the 11 January. Spoken to Elsje Mare on email. Forward everything no respinse further. On the 18 January i ask her whats going on she just rep**** will let me know still waiting for the team. Its more than a month and still no response. I launched a complain via Facebook they wanted my number i accidently put short my number. They never ask me for my right number. Untill today no response. Is this how seriously they take our complaints? I even email the area manager b. pringle also no response.
