Enterprise price war and bad quality

i have been buying from them for many many years because their prices were affordable and i had 5 coffee shops and i use to buy their vienas and salami and ham and bacon to make sandwiches for the coffee shops. But all of a sudden in the last 2 months they have put their prices up so redicialsly that you can rather buy from the pick and pay or Jamica. when we contacted the customer the gentleman was so rude to us and told us to **** of and go and buy from another shop if we were not happy with the prices. the salami was always R40.00 per kil then it jump to R89.00 per kil and this month it was R200.00 per kil. and the vienas and russians are so bad tasting that the dogs would not even eat it after i cooked it and fed it to them. they were closed for nearly a year or maybe a year and if they carry on like that we the consumer will close them for ever because we are the people that have put them on the map and we will be boikoting them so badly that nobody would buy any of their products ever again. This is the staff shop and the products are offcuts and we buy it because it is cheaper but they are now charging such terrible prices for a second grade product. i have a womens group that compares prices and quality of food products and we are busy with a campain that will do lots of damages to the company's product. so if they don't rectify the problem we are going to the pricing competion board and ask to get them investigated for heavy price increases. i have proof of the prices of the Salami jumping from R89.00 in Jan to R200.00 in Feb. so we will be going back and check on the prices and the quality of the vieanas and the russians by the end of March and the take more action.
