<p>I booked online through Bookings.com 7 weeks in advance of my stay.</p> <p>One week after booking, they deduct the full amount - 6 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.</p> <p>I then cancel my booking and expect my funds to be refunded within a day or two. One week later still nothing so I enquire when I can expect my funds back. 2 weeks later, Bookings.com mention that Entabeni cant find the amount they charged me for! 3 weeks later, im R4,100 out of pocket and they cant trace my funds!!!</p> <p>I would not recommend Entabeni nor Bookings.com as they are bith incomepetent and *******.</p> <p>R4,100 is a fair amount of money and there is no reason it should take over 3 weeks to resolve!</p> <p>They promote a free cancellation, so why would you even charge me during the free cancelleation period?!?!</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect to be fully refunded and compensated for being out of pocket for over 3 weeks!</p>
