You can't complain about service if there isn't any

After 3 weeks of receiving sms notifications of when a part may arrive, I decided to visit the local Cape Town branch personally. If there was a prize for the most disinterested customer service front desk employee, it would not be a contest. HP laptop is 4 months old and motherboard is broken (so they say). Part must be coming from outer Mongolia via a tortoise. They don't do loan laptops. It is a high spec machine due to the software it needs to run for university purposes. No idea how my son is meant to do his assignments and HP simply don't care either
