Worst service EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst support and feedback ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to 15 days for a part and after 15 days - still no response !!!!1 Was a brand new Chromebook for my child's school - but that didn't make any difference .

More than a month now - still NO feedback . Wish I clould give them 0 stars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
