Worst Service and Time Wasters

Absolute worst service, going back and forth on a laptop that was supposed to be repaired the motherboard. We received it asking for a bitlocker which would keep requesting the same thing and the technician advised to override and put a new operating system which we have done and now the mousepad does not work and laptop does not read wifi signal. No response to emails at all and evertime i call iam told a technician will get back to me, fast forward iam now being told the warranty has passed. Totally pathetic service i must say!!!!!!!!!!!
