My HP laptop was damaged and I consulted the HP Support on the website to find a recommended repair centre and was referred to ENSURE SERVICES on their website. My laptop went in for repair on the 11.02.2015 and I had to pay R3,302.02 BEFORE any repairs were effected. I called them the following week to track the progress of the repair to my laptop and after being given the run-around by various customer service agents was informed that they had an armed ******* on the 14.02.2015 and my laptop was ******. I was informed that I would be contacted in due course as the insurance company was busy processing the claim and I would be advised in due course of the outcome. My laptop was worth R7,500 at todays replacement cost and I paid an additional R3,302.02 for repairs that were never effected
