VERY BAD
What a terrible service. Sent my laptop for repair weeks ago ,paid full amount weeks ago. Now what I get it is just mixed messages .This morning 16th July they sent me message "We have ordered the spare part for your product HP". On the 4th July "Your product HP is under repair now" I will never use they services ever again and will warn everyone about them

16 Jul 2019, 12:57I phone 10th of July and spoke to agent to find out about progress of my repair and agent advised me that wrong parts were ordered for my laptop hence you have to ordered again.
