Terrible service

I handed my laptop to Ensure to fix in Nov'17 and only got it back end Jan '18 after numerous calls and e-mails. More than 2 months. Call centre promise to follow up but nothing ever happens. E-mails not responded to. Eventually received e-mail to confirm complete, Upon arrival informed me it is not yet fixed. After getting very upset they "found" my laptop but only after they tried to give me the wrong one. Stay away from Ensure if you can!
