Terrible Service

<p>Dishonest. Quotes me on several new parts on my machine that does not need repairs and does nothing about the main problem which is software update. After endless e-mails and phone calls I went to collect it and had to tell them again what was the real problem - Think they just try to make money out of people who have no idea about PC's by telling them to replace parts that aren't eve broken. ****************!</p>
