Shocking service giving Hewlett Packard a bad name

I dropped my HP Pavilion notebook off for repairs on the 18th of May 2015. It was not charging so there was either a problem with the charging unit or the input socket on the notebook itself so I took them both into Ensure IT Services recommended by HP as it was still under warranty (only 6 months old). As I live in Swellendam I had to drive to Cape Town to drop it off for repairs. I made quite sure the lady that booked it in understood the problem and she booked both the charger and notebook in and I received a job order no. ***. The round trip to drop off the faulty notebook was 500km, I had to travel another 500km round trip to collect the laptop on Wednesday 27th May 2015. I drove home (now having travelled 1000km to get my notebook repaired) to find that the notebook still has no power - does not even switch on!! I phoned Ensure IT Services and their attitude was shocking, their response was I must travel another 1000km for them \take a look". Any decent company would have made an effort to sort this out at their expense as it was their incompetence. I shall never buy a HP again"
