SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

I booked in my Acer laptop, was send a quote. i accepted quote for repair had to pay in full and now all they can say is they are waiting for spares. they can't tell me how long or even give me a rough ETA. <br> <br> they have my laptop, they have my money and i have now option but to wait for someone, someday to sort out. this is a work laptop and i can't work!!!<br> <br> shocking service and don't know how they are still in business.<br> <br> ***
