******* service from Ensure Services

I took my printer in on a Monday - it's now 6 days later and I haven't had even 1 message or call to update me. They have no phone number you can call and they don't message back if you message. I have 2 children home-schooling and a husband working from home and no printer. Their service is absolutely ATROCIOUS! If I could give no stars I would!!!
