Refusal to repair item under warranty.

I bought a laptop from Evetech.co.za. Within 3 months the keys started popping up. logged a case with evetech which referred me to Ensure Services. Weeks of no replies with mail after mail, they now refuse to repair laptop/honor the warranty, without even having a look at the laptop. Now I am stranded with a new device for studies that is giving issues. Worst services ever. have laid complaints with CPC and Ombudsman.
