*** - waiting for replacement stock

In Dec 2014 - two laptops were sent in for repairs with Ensure services... Apparently the laptops got ****** when the business premises were broken into.<br> We were promised replacement stock.<br> It's September already, and only one machine has been replaced. When you try and get a hold of Rishen (helpdesk supervisor) he refuses your phone calls and doesn't bother to reply to his emails. The same goes for his manager: Asokan. No response.<br> Needless to say, that is the last time I'll ever do business with that organisation
