PRINTER REPAIRS NOT SUCCESSFUL

Two HP A1 printers were send to Ensure Service on 23/10/2015 for repairs. Both were received back on 13/11/2015. R5153.00 later both printers are still not working and are showing the same faults as before they were send to Ensure Services. My emails remain unanswered and phone calls are bounced from one person to another- someone will also get back to me- which has not happened. Conveniently the 90day repair warranty have since expired. I live 500km from Johannesburg, and can not simply return the units to them. Really need these printers for work!
