Poor Service by Ensure Services and Asus

<p>We stopped selling Asus products after they took 6 months to resolve an issue with a router found faulty in a day.</p> <p>Now, two weeks after we took an Asus Graphics card that we sold nearly 3 years ago Ensure is still "doing a dignosis". I am an electronic engineer and it takes 2 minutes to know the card is faulty.</p> <p>Just called them.... left waiting on the phone. No answer</p> <p>Feel very sorry for our client</p> <p>Alberto</p>
