Poor service at Ensure Services

Do not bother contacting Ensure Services for any parts for your computers, staff are rude and unhelpful, I called to enquire about parts for my Asus laptop, and was given the run around about who to speak to and when I started getting frustrated, the phone was just put down on me 3 times by staff.

Do not use this company, they apparently don't care about customers, go somewhere else
