Poor Response
<p> <span style="color: #555555; font-family: 'Avenir W01'; background-color: #ffffff;">I regret first checking on this company's reviews here before placing my order with them. They clearly have poor customer attention and response time. Only by complaining here will they actually even budge. It's sad really that they don't take all customers seriously. I ordered a mere laptop charger: 0A***, which is an ADP-65W adapter for the laptop ASUS TX300CA. Received an invoice which I fully payed. NO lead time on order, NO order number reference. I've waited a month now but I get a feeling they will just keep my money and forget about me. It's only a small amount of cash but I'm sure small claims will be efficient enough if needed. </span></p>
