POOR/NO COMMUNICATION: ENSURE IT SERVICES
At the beginning of February I sent an HP laptop in for warranty repairs to \Ensure IT Services"for repairs. The centre had been recommended by HP International. The laptop was accompanied by all relevant contact details"
