Payment reversal

Good day

I made a payment at ensure services but few minutes later decided not to book a laptop in, I was then advised that the payment would be reversed.

After a few weeks of research they found a slip showing that I've made the payment.

Forward 3 months later my payment hasn't been reversed and I am still waiting.

Kindly assist
