Pathetic Service from 'HP Partner" Ensure IT

<p>I cant for the life of me understand why would HP partner with such a pathetic IT company for servicing printers. I requested service on my printer Case ID ********** 555 , all they did was pick up the printer and bring it back after a few days because the printer was still not printing any black ink when they brought it back it seems like it was not even tested or repaired</p>
