Pathetic service

Would give them 0 stars if it was an option. No support service whatsoever. They do not respond to emails or even phone you to keep you updated.On a second note do not buy from Incredible Connection as their after sale service is just as pathetic - bought 2 different products and both broke well before the warranty.
