Pathetic Service

<p>I visited your Durban branch last week and a lady at your front desk assisted me and my first impression of her wasn't very good. She has a bad attitude, shes very slow and she doesn't even speak properly to customers. Maybe your staff requires more training on customer service because I would not want to come back there after dealing with her. </p>
