Over a month later - no feedback

The worst company to deal with - one month later, and there is no update from their side. When I call, their response is "waiting for a supplier to provide a quote for parts". If it takes over a month to just get a quote for parts, how long will it take to actually receive the parts? Twice they told me they will call me back, and the never did. When I log feedback on their website, no one gets back to me. I don't understand how Dell or HP or any other company can choose them for technical support - I used HP and Dell before, will never use them again just because of their partners of choice.
