NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM

<p>I took a HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer to Ensure to repair under warranty 0n the 27 January 2017. The document feeder would not work. I collected the printer on the 30 January 2017 . On the 3 February 2017 I called Wesley Major at Ensure Services and informed him that the printer is faulty again. The printer worked for 4 days. I requested that they must collect the machine as I am not prepared to travel to Midrand for their bad service. They only collected the printer on the 7 February 2017 and returned it on the 8 February 2017. Today the 13 February 2017 after working for 2 days the printer is again faulty with exactly the same fault as before. The experience with Ensure Services has not been satisfacory as I requested that the entire document feeder should e replace or the machine should be replaced with a new one. </p>
