Non delivery and a million unkept promises

<p>My son's ASUS laptop (that he needs for school) has been in for repairs for 6 weeks now. Last week I was told it would be ready to be picked up in a day or two, I will be advised via email. When we did not receive the email I followed up and told that they were still waiting for the parts. Yesterday I was to;d that it would be ready by close of business. Just now a call centre agent swore that the laptop will be ready on Friday. Whenever I ask to speak to someone else, I am put on hold forever or hung up on.</p> <p>Constance Zwane is the only person who kept one promise because she called back after lunch yesterday as she had said she would. But then she did not call again as promised AND I received no email AND today somebody is giving me a story about Friday.</p> <p>I am beyond disbelief</p>
