NO STARS FOR ENSURE SERVICES & HEWLETT-PACKARD

I bought an HP Pavilion x360 laptop last year. So far is has been broken longer than been in use. DONT buy an HP product in South Africa as the repairs/replacement thereof is pathetic and non existent. I have been waiting for 4 months. Everytime an apology and "we are doing everything we can" but all lies!! They dont answer emails or phone calls. What must a person do. I will never buy HP again and I recommend you first enquire about warranties etc before you think about buying an HP product or taking a repair to Ensure Services in Cape Town.
